October Favourites

Another month, another favourites. This month was a hectic one that I didn’t really have time to try new things and find new favourites. So today’s favourites is only three things. But three things that made my October a little (a lot) better!

Macro mixes vegan mylk tart porridge

Everyone by now knows that I pretty much love all of Macro Mixes’ products! But this new porridge of theirs has been my fave this past month. Usually, I turn the porridge’s into bowl cakes but this mylk tart one I keep just as is. It genuinely tastes like you’re eating milk tart. The porridge has such a nice consistency, it is protein packed and it tastes delish – who doesn’t want milk tart for brek? I drizzle the brownie and mylk tart drizzles over and wow – the most satisfying breakfast I can have. If you’re wondering what products to add to your next Macro Mixes order – definitely recommend this porridge!

Esjay sports orchid range

Another one of my faves. Esjay sports released an orchid range of sportswear which symbolizes the power of positivity. The pattern is supposed to represent happiness and positivity. I couldn’t not get my hands on a few items of this range. The best for me are the shorts! I struggle to find good active shorts as usually they ride up or don’t sit right on my legs. These esjay ones are game changers. They are tight and fitted and they do not budge! They also have pockets which are a huge bonus. The design is beautiful and the fit is exceptional. If you’re looking for some new active wear – I highly recommend.

La roche-posay Spf

With summer approaching, I like to ensure I have a good SPF in my skincare. This La Roche-Posay Invisible Fluid has changed my life. I started using this in June and I will continue to use it. It is the best face SPF I have tried. It doesn’t leave your skin sticky, has no white cast to it and it doesn’t smell like sunscreen. It really does protect your skin from the sun and it doesn’t make my face greasy. I highly recommend adding SPF into your daily skincare ( even in winter ! ). This bottle is tiny but it has lasted me since June and is still going strong.

On to the next

I can’t believe that’s a wrap on October. Where is this year going? Hope everyone has had an amazing month and has a great month to come.

All the love, Jay.
