3 words for you – choc chip cookies. If you ask me what my favourite type of cookie is my answer will always be a chewy choc chip cookie. One where the choc chips are a little melted and straight out the oven with a glass of milk – that is the good stuff right there. Choc chip cookies make me feel at home. I don’t know why but they are one of my go to comfort foods.
So I thought I would share my choc chip cookie recipe (you are welcome in advance) to pass on the happiness. Honestly, this recipe is so easy and so delicious. I have to give credit to Tasty where I found the original recipe on their app which I then tweaked it a little bit more to my liking. I think with the tweaking I created my personal favourite version of the recipe.

This might seem like an arbitrary source of happiness but it’s the simple things in life that bring the most happiness. A nice choc chip cookie with some tea on a cold day is perfection. I’ve shared this recipe with people close to me and all have said that it has not failed them. I hope you give it a try and experience the same happiness. I know they’re just cookies but who doesn’t love a good choc chip moment?
If you do make them, please tag me in any photos or videos. I would love to see your creations of a recipe close to my heart! Happy baking.
All the love, Jay.
